Gregg Sonnen
Co-Chairman and Board Member
Gregg brings a wealth of expertise to PCI | HealthDev and Caduceus Medical Holdings, Inc. with his experience in executive roles contributing to the management, operations, control and growth of financial services and healthcare-related companies. In particular, Gregg has an extensive background managing finance, accounting, and treasury organizations with responsibility for the associated financial planning and analyses, accounting and reporting, management and capital structure, information technology and control systems, as well as the identification and evaluation of strategic investment opportunities. Additionally, he has a significant background working with the SEC and in mergers and acquisitions.
Most recently, Gregg served as Senior VP/Chief Accounting Officer at First Data Corporation, a Fortune 250 Company, for five years. While at FDC, he served as an executive lead in the public spin out of The Western Union Company and the sale of FDC to KKR in one of the five biggest private equity LBO deals executed to that date. Prior to FDC, Gregg served as Senior VP/CFO of Gambro Healthcare (acquired by DaVita in 2004) where he spent more than 10 years, including time with affiliated companies. He began his career with 13 years at the public accounting firm Ernst & Young (and one of its predecessors, Arthur Young). Gregg currently serves on the boards of KMG Capital Partners, LLC, Caduceus Medical Holdings, Inc., PCI | HealthDev and Wildflower Health.

Pedro Juan Vergne-Morell, MBA
Co-Chairman and Board Member
Pedro Juan has more than 23 years of operations, product, services, marketing and C-suite management experience.
As Co-Chairman and Board member of PCI | HealthDev, Pedro Juan works closely with the board and the management team of the Company to further refine the Company's business model and to accelerate the growth of the Company.
Pedro Juan has honed his business acumen by working at technology startups (e.g., InfoSpace and JP Mobile, now Good Technology owned by BlackBerry Limited) to Fortune 100 companies such as GTE (now Verizon Communications) and most recently Nokia, Inc. Prior to joining PCI | HealthDev, Pedro Juan was the Director of Marketing and Product Development for Sendo Mobile Phones for North and South America, Launch Manager for Latin America and Manager for North American Regional Carriers and Open Distribution at Nokia, Inc.
Most recently, Pedro Juan served as COO for PCI | HealthDev from April 2009 to July 2010 when he was promoted to President and CEO of the Company until December 2016. Over his career, Pedro Juan has focused on operations, product and service innovation and has been recognized with numerous intra company and industry awards relating to innovations in products and services. Pedro Juan has a proven track record of leading business growth by developing innovative and competitive services/solutions to build demand and brand awareness. He also helped to consistently drive sustainable short and long-term revenue growth via successful segmentation strategy and customer diversification implementations. In 2008 he was awarded a POPAI Award for Best of Industry Award.
In addition to holding a Board position at PCI | HealthDev as Co-Chairman, Pedro Juan also holds Board positions at Caduceus Medical Holdings, Inc. and PVM Consulting, LTD, d/b/a MonteSacro Capital Partners.
Pedro Juan holds a Bachelors Degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas in Marketing and Finance. Most recently he completed an Advanced Management Programme with INSEAD. In addition to English, Pedro Juan is fluent in Spanish and French.

Pedro Vergne-Marini M.D.,

Dr. Vergne-Marini has over 35 years of experience in patient care and healthcare-related businesses.
As founder of PCI | HealthDev, Dr. Vergne-Marini is responsible for establishing and implementing the Company's overall corporate business strategy. He brings over 35 years of experience in patient care and healthcare-related businesses.
Prior to founding the Company, Dr. Vergne-Marini was the President and CEO of Dallas Nephrology Associates and Chairman of the Board of Renaissance Health Care. While currently retired, he was the co-founder and Program Director for Transplantation and Chief of Nephrology at Methodist Dallas Medical Center. From 1981-2014, he was Clinical Professor of Medicine at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, and the Managing Partner for multiple physician real estate partnerships.
In addition to holding a board position at PCI | HealthDev, Dr. Vergne-Marini serves as Director at Caduceus Medical Holdings, Inc. and serves on the Board of PVM Consulting, LTD, d/b/a MonteSacro Capital Partners.
Dr. Vergne-Marini holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico, and an M.D. degree from the University of Maryland Medical School. He completed Internship and Residency programs and the NIH Fellowship in Cardiology at the University Hospital of the Puerto Rico School of Medicine, where he was Chief Resident. Dr. Vergne-Marini then completed his NIH Nephrology Fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center, University of Texas Southwestern Medical School in Dallas. He is board certified with the Diplomat National Board of Medical Examiners, Diplomat American Board of Medicine, and Diplomat American Board of Nephrology. Dr. Vergne-Marini is a member of multiple medical societies of nephrology, including being a founding member of the American Society of Transplant Physicians and the Texas Transplant Society.
